Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, opened or used products generally cannot be returned. Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return at our discretion.

Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the return.
