How to Read an Ingredient List
Every BioThriv Skin product lists its full INCI (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) on its page. Here’s how to make sense of it.
The order tells a story
Ingredients are generally listed from the highest concentration to the lowest. Whatever appears near the top makes up most of the formula; ingredients near the end are present in small amounts.
Water (Aqua) is often first in a water-based product — that’s normal and expected.
Why we show the whole list
Full label transparency means you can always check what’s in a formula before it touches your skin. We publish the complete INCI on every product page — nothing hidden behind "fragrance" or "and other ingredients."
Patch testing
If you have sensitive skin or known sensitivities, patch test a new product on a small area first and wait 24 hours. For external use only — avoid contact with eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
For external use only. General guidance on appearance and feel — not medical advice.
